Tech wise it's not clear in canon, however I been operating under him using it as scanning items/environment for readings (chemical, electric, physical layout of surroundings), able to store information and retrieve it as needed, and attempting to interact with other computer systems, depending on their level of security or if even operating on a system his computer would be capable of recognizing.
Assuming he will be poking around a bit (I signed him up for the Trick or Treat but also see Idia trying to learn as much as he can anyway), I guess it would be wanting to know if he could integrate his computer into any he found and using his own operating system/holo panels to work with it rather than using the computer system. And using his computer to bypass passwords or other security of the system.
Also in regards to tech there; will Idia (provided he can chase one down) be able to capture one or several of those surveillance drones to take back with him afterwards for parts? I guess this would also go for any and all computers he can get his hands on and wanting to dismantle for parts.
