Are they all interconnected, or is each one a separate entity?

If Senku and Gen working together- who are not novices at this point, but probably somewhere in the intermediate space with all the illusions/resistance/research they've been doing (re: past two missions, and the training), were to try and take action to dispel it together (at least one of the spaces): would the amulet be a help to accomplishing that? and if Senku and Gen are not enough, would others with amulets increase their ability to affect the illusion itself?
