Hah, Loki's already treating them as an existential threat to peaceful life on Diagad but downplaying the severity (or the chance that they'll succeed) when talking about them to people.
Is there an NPC we should respond to or just handwave? And what sorts of rewards will they get? (Some medicine to block the dreams would probably be very appreciated, even among the skeptical.)
He'll tell them that he was broken out against his will, and that after spending a few days with the Treckers and ruminating on who he really is, he'd rather go back to the perfect life they gave him. Probably put in some demands that he retain his prestige or even gain more and that he gets a real (brainwashed) family. He'll probably come with some real intel if he gets permission to fake defect back and continue passing along seemingly-valuable-but-actually-worthless information to the authorities if they want him to stay with the Treckers. If they want him to go back to his Hero job, he'll keep doing what he was before breaking out and just pass along everything he can to the Treckers via a helpful empath.
