madoka will be with blue, as ever! she won't be able to see through the illusion herself - in fact, i'm pretty sure she won't notice anything about it at all until someone points it out to her, and even then it's going to take her a whole lot try and see through it. it's not her strongest suit.

but she has plenty of other things to provide here! she'll be very good at helping convince people to evacuate, since she's friendly and cute. she's small and can easily squeeze through places, and aside from that she's also got a mini-water-producing higgledy and a mana drive with her, so she can help provide people with drinks and some healing if necessary!

aside from that she also kind of sees herself as one of the veteran blue team members with how long she's been, so she's determined!! to pull her part!! got questions, need fussing over, madoka is here to help with it.
