He's really annoying. Characters are expected and welcome to hate him. OOCly if you don't want to interact with him please tell me. I'm very bad at picking up hints.
Oh also Sam's suit provides him with an addictive substance that he's 'rewarded' with whenever he's in violent altercations. If he gets too much of it at once he'll start going insane with blood lust. Typical borderlands stuff.
