For a moment the weight is worse and the girl can't even breathe as her chest is pressed down upon. But then it slides to the side and the woman is off her and down.

No point in stabbing her anymore. Besides it's too risky when people can just come back from the dead. Angry people who should be dead are incredibly stupid.
