Sakura has as much enthusiasm for construction projects as Booster Gold does for crowd control. She'll start helping, but when all your powers are exploding things with lightning, love and light, or the corrupting darkness of the void, all in explosion form. She may just be waiting for the first help request over the Black squadron net, because this really isn't in her skill set.
