There's another nod at Gerome's question. Inigo figures the other is smart enough to probably already be putting the pieces together in his mind, but still..

But rather than saying anything else about it, it's the last words that Gerome say that capture most of his attention. Never having had trouble with that, huh.. He supposes in a way that it's true - after all, he shows a lot more of his emotions than Gerome. But since a lot of them are also just a cover up for emotions he'd rather not show, he honestly doesn't know if he's all that better.

And he isn't too sure which layer of emotions Gerome means right now, especially if he's caught onto the fact that there's something unhappy about Inigo right now. So while he's still a little unsure of what to say, he just asks: "Do you think so?" Maybe digging for a few more details from Gerome might make it easier to know what to say here.
