There was an odd tingle along her senses which brought Daine's head whipping around to see the girl approaching her before she'd even spoken. So far Daine had been doing her best to close herself down to the strange creatures and near-human's she found herself amidst, but she wasn't all-powerful and clearly she had limited to just how far she could shut her senses down.
The problem was she couldn't quite identify who, or what, these human's were. If they were human at all. She held her tongue in demanding to know and instead focused on what was said.
"I see..." She gave a shake of her head and sighed. "I was never very good at that." Of course she'd tried, spending as much time with the Queen's Riders you learned a thing or two. But it was by no means something she was good at, or competent enough to want to do.
"For a place that claims to cultivate heroes, it does little to train them as such." Daine muttered under her breath as she looked from the strange woman and back to the 'training room'.
