Quatre also wasn't surprised to see that Trowa was not in the middle of things. This wasn't much of either of their scenes. But as Trowa approached, drinks in hand, he smiled, reaching out to take the offered drink.

"Thank you. We got them all working in time." That was what was important.

Even though there was no one standing next to him since he was not in the middle of the party, he took a step or two to the side, a silent invitation for Trowa to join him.
