"He's amazing," Cal says, with the fondness of a guy whose pet puppy can do all manner of crazy tricks. BD is more than just a Droid. For starters, he's the best friend he's had in a good, long while.

"He's saved my life a time or two, haven't you, BD?" Cal asks BD-1, and he gets a very proud trill and beep from the Droid. "He's also really good at finding things people might overlook."
